Background
My Journey to Helping Others

From an early age, people often felt able to confide in me, and over time I developed a strong sense of empathy for others’ experiences. Having lived through personal and complex trauma myself, I came to deeply value the importance of being heard, understood, and met with care.​
My early career in Human Resources allowed me to support people in practical ways, yet over time I realised it wasn’t enough - I wanted to make a more meaningful difference by working directly with emotional well-being. This led me to train as a counsellor. After seven years of study and two country relocations later, I am now living in Switzerland and have completed my Advanced Counsellor and Psychotherapist Diploma.​
Through my training and experience, I became increasingly aware of how difficult it can be for many people to access support when they need it most. This realisation has shaped my commitment to offering mental health coaching that is accessible and affordable, without unnecessary barriers to entry.​​​

Free Initial Meeting
A free 20-minute introductory video call, a chance to talk about your needs and see if we are a good fit.

Flexible Package Length
Conversations last 45 minutes. To ensure progress and continuity, sessions will be programmed in blocks.

Online Based
I primarily offer online therapy sessions, with face-to-face meetings in Zurich, Basel and Bern available at key moments in our journey.
